Is there parking available?

Yes, we have dedicated parking available for our customers at Russet Exercise Field. You'll find clear signage to guide you upon arrival.

There are two parking spaces allocated.

 

Can reactive dogs use Russet Exercise Field?

Absolutely. Our secure, fenced field is ideal for reactive or nervous dogs as they can exercise safely off-lead without encountering other dogs unexpectedly.

 

How do I book an exercise slot?

You can easily book your 30-minute or 60-minute slot through our website. Simply visit our Bookings page and choose your preferred time and payment method.

 

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on how to cancel or reschedule your booking. We understand plans can change and will do our best to accommodate you.

You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance.

 

What should I bring for my dog's session?

We recommend bringing water for your dog, a lead, and any favourite toys they enjoy playing with. Please also remember to bring waste bags to clean up after your dog.

We have a dog drinking station in the field but you are also welcome to bring your own bowls.

 

How many dogs can we bring?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we allow a maximum of 4 dogs per booking.

If you have more, you can add extra dogs on the booking page at £1 per dog.

 

Is water available for dogs?

Fresh water is available from the water stations in the exercise field. We recommend bringing your own water bowl for your dog to help limit the spread of germs and maintain hygiene.

 

Is the field secure?

Yes, Russet Exercise Field is fully fenced and secure, providing a safe environment for your dogs to run and play off-lead. We regularly inspect our fencing for peace of mind.

 

What if the weather is bad?

Our field is designed for all-weather use, but in extreme conditions, we may contact you to reschedule. Please check our website or social media for any updates on closures.

There is a small shelter in the field.

 

Are there any age restrictions for dogs?

There are no specific age restrictions.
